Techtonic, Inc

Techtonic, Inc is a software development company that stresses the variety of its people. It argues that developers with different backgrounds approach problems from different angles, and that this produces software that works for a wider range of users.

What Techtonic offers

• Custom software development — builds software through collaboration and careful questioning of each challenge.
• Developer apprenticeships — trains the next generation of developers, drawing both college graduates and hobby coders.
• Talent development — treats the growth of its people as part of how projects are run.

Who it works with

Clients who hire the company for software projects and, according to its own account, return for further work. The firm also takes on apprentices as part of its approach to hiring and training.
