Idyllic Software

Idyllic Software is a product engineering company that helps businesses test and launch new products, update legacy software and build systems that hold up at scale. It has long worked with Ruby on Rails, React, React Native and Node.js, and has offices in Chicago, Denver and Mumbai.

What Idyllic Software offers

• Product validation and launch — deciding what to build, then designing, building and releasing it for founders and businesses.
• Engineering at scale — high-volume systems, difficult integrations and reliable operations.
• Legacy modernisation — step-by-step upgrades of older software.
• Applied AI and automation — AI used where it has a clear practical benefit.
• Mobile apps — iOS and Android apps built and launched in the app stores.
• Dedicated teams in India — building a development team on a client's payroll and supplying Rails and React Native developers.

Case studies include passenger and driver apps with a Rails backend for Bridj, an on-demand transit service in Boston, delivered in about 14 weeks; arena food ordering for NBA fans with Fankave; and a telephone exchange for US operators with Teliax.
