HireNinja makes Ninja, an AI agent that handles customer service and sales conversations for Shopify stores. It answers questions, suggests products and resolves requests on Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and a store's own website at any hour, in more than 100 languages. Earlier, the HireNinja name belonged to a platform for hiring pre-screened developers.

What HireNinja does

• Multi-channel replies: one agent answering direct messages, story replies, comments and web chat with the same memory and tone.
• Cart recovery and recommendations: follow-ups on abandoned carts, bundle suggestions and coupon logic.
• Brand training: the agent learns from a store's catalogue, help documents, returns policy and past conversations.
• Human handover: difficult cases go to staff with the full conversation attached, and staff can take over from a live inbox.
• Translation: detects a customer's language and replies in it.
