Glocal Assist

Glocal Assist supplies remote virtual assistants and specialists who take on day-to-day business work. Rather than hiring in-house or using freelancers, clients get trained remote staff across many functions, and the company presents case studies of past client projects.

What Glocal Assist offers

• Administrative support — diary scheduling, email handling and workflow automation.
• Marketing — SEO and social media work to grow traffic and leads.
• Customer support — round-the-clock customer service linked to a client's CRM.
• Website revamps — design updates, SEO fixes and security improvements.
• Design and development — logos and marketing assets, plus software and app builds from concept to launch.
• Finance and engineering support — bookkeeping, invoicing and reporting, and CAD drafting and product design.
