Fusion Software

Fusion Software is a South African business software suite whose modules can run on their own or together as one integrated system. It covers sales, finance, inventory, field service, projects and staff management, and the company also builds custom applications.

What Fusion Software offers

• CRM and sales — managing customers, leads and prospects, with geo and travel tracking, voice-to-text notes and a daily calendar.
• Jobs and field service — quoting, scheduling, tracking and invoicing jobs, with digitally signed job cards for installation, maintenance and service teams.
• Stock and manufacturing — inventory across several warehouses, bills of materials, barcode scanning by phone camera, and control of workflow, machines and raw materials.
• Accounting and finance — an integrated module for company accounts.
• Projects, timesheets and HR — time capture and billing, project budgets and tasks, and paperless leave and expense claims.
• Custom development and customer portal — bespoke systems, plus a customer portal and online store linked to the ERP.

Who it works with

Its field service tools target installation, maintenance and service teams. One customer reported fewer stock losses after using it to manage staff uniforms.
