Flexware Innovation, Inc.

Flexware Innovation, Inc. is a systems integrator for manufacturers, working on the link between plant-floor technology and business IT. It has tackled OT and IT problems since 1996 and takes part in both planning and delivery, choosing technology without tying clients to a single vendor.

What Flexware Innovation, Inc. offers

• Manufacturing systems integration — connecting plant equipment, data and business systems to fit how a site already works.
• MES consulting — helping manufacturers define requirements for manufacturing execution systems and choose a product.
• Digital transformation planning — a six-step playbook, published as a whitepaper, for moving from strategy to results on the plant floor.
• Power Platform solutions — portals and automated reporting built on Microsoft's Power Platform.
• Training — classes on the Ignition industrial software platform.
• Quick-start frameworks — ready-made starting points for common projects.

Who it works with

The firm serves manufacturers, including pharmaceutical and food producers. It built a portal giving a pharmaceutical company visibility of its contract manufacturers, and Smithfield Foods staff have attended its Ignition training.
