Emergent Works is a non-profit that trains and employs people affected by the criminal justice system, using technology skills as the route to stable work. It aims to reduce reoffending and narrow the wealth gap.

  • T.RAP — a creative workforce programme combining music production, songwriting, recording, civic engagement and digital literacy with career readiness.
  • Application development — projects for mission-aligned partners, staffed partly by its graduates.

Who it works with

Justice-impacted young people and adults who join the programmes, and organisations with mission-driven software projects.
