DevTrust cover

About DevTrust

Design, development, promotion and ongoing support, all from one team, is how DevTrust describes the service it sells. It describes its experience as covering websites, web and desktop applications, mobile development, augmented reality and custom programming for a range of fields. Some of its work starts from nothing, and some is the continued support of systems that already run, which the firm treats as a service in its own right.

A bot-programming arena with live game play

One of the firm's artificial intelligence projects is a platform where users write programs, or bots, that play one another in games such as Noughts and Crosses, Battleships, Mastermind and Four in a Row, along with puzzles and other competitions. The site lists real-time updates of games in progress and live statistics on the page. An online code editor lets a user write Python in the browser and use that code to play. The platform also offers a REST API, so users can create their own games and propose them to other players, and it keeps a record of recent games that shows the details of each move.

Health questions answered by experts

MinSundhed is a web application in the healthcare field. Users put questions to experts and receive answers from qualified people, all within the application.

An energy calculator that works like a desktop tool

For an energy client, the firm built a web application for managing electric load based on the equipment in use. Users add, edit and delete the entities that the system stores in an MS SQL database, and the application works out the electric load of the equipment, the cable length required and other physical characteristics. The application uses a RESTful interface with JSON messages between server and browser. The server side is a WCF service over HTTP, and the client uses AngularJS and Bootstrap 3, with autosave of every changed entity, calculations carried out in the browser and no page reloads.

Call-centre statistics on a telephone connection

Callbar is a tool for managing and reporting on the work of a call centre. Agents handle telephone calls through a Windows application built on WPF, which connects to the telephone system through one of three interfaces, Broadsoft, the Windows Telephony API or the Avaya Communication Control Toolkit. A web server built on ASP.NET MVC 5 supports it. The system tracks calls and agent status in real time, produces live statistics, and can work with third-party customer relationship systems or with an internal one that the firm built.

Video ideas for a lower environmental footprint

Sustanbolist is a website where users upload short videos with ideas for reducing environmental impact and share them publicly. Every video passes moderation before it appears. The site has administration pages for different countries and companies, and users can tag those in their videos.

Accounting for delivery and sale prices

Jetti is an accounting application that works out the best delivery price, the sale price of items and the highest profit a business can make on them.
