Curated Soft

Curated Soft offers hands-on, part-time executive leadership to founders and companies that are growing or stuck. It began as a Vancouver web and mobile app developer for start-ups, and today it steps in as an interim operator, fixing systems and processes and building software only where it helps. The firm treats organisational problems as systems problems rather than people problems.

What Curated Soft offers

• Fractional C-level leadership — interim COO or chief of staff roles and revenue alignment.
• Organisational and systems design — role clarity, scorecards, KPIs and EOS-style execution.
• Growth and transition support — help with scaling, fundraising and preparing for acquisition, including operational due diligence.
• Software and technical work — internal tools and automation when software is the right answer.

Who it works with

Founders and growing companies; its earlier development work served start-ups in the US and Canada.
