Coorva

Coorva connects companies with remote software professionals, either as staff added to an existing team or as direct hires. Its recruiters are engineers themselves, which it says helps them judge both technical and personal fit. A service delivery team stays involved after placement to keep projects moving.

What Coorva offers

• Staff augmentation — vetted remote developers who join a client's team.
• Direct hire recruitment — three recruitment models, including job post campaigns on LinkedIn, with a 60-day replacement guarantee for direct hires.
• Coorva Gravity — its own method for placing and retaining the right people.
• Hiring support — background and skills checks, interview scheduling and onboarding help.
• Project help — collaboration on software projects and stepping in on projects that are in trouble.

Who it works with

Coorva works with companies of different sizes, from entrepreneurs to international corporations. Testimonials mention a media organisation, HITN, and FlightLink, whose product it took over from a Denver development shop, as well as long .NET engagements.
