Convina Web Design

Convina Web Design, which trades as Convina, now works on bringing AI into organisations' everyday tasks. It helps clients move from scattered trials to dependable use for work such as finding answers, checking files, routing requests and drafting updates, and it measures whether that work gets better. Its earlier focus was building web and mobile apps.

What Convina Web Design offers

• Use-case selection — picking the first workflows where repeated questions, slow handoffs or manual review waste time.
• Workflow redesign — setting out what AI drafts, checks or routes and what people still approve.
• Connecting records — linking AI tools to the reports, policies and systems staff already rely on.
• Governance and rules — deciding who can use tools, what they can see, which actions need approval and what gets logged.
• Team training — teaching staff to work with the new processes.
• Software development — the firm's earlier work covered web apps, native iOS and Android apps, marketplaces and legacy system modernisation.

• Small and medium-sized businesses
