BitCot --Mobile and Web App Development

BitCot is a mobile and web app development firm whose listed work centres on WooCommerce, the store plugin for WordPress sites. It takes on customisations that standard store templates cannot handle, from pricing rules to checkout changes and third-party integrations. The firm says it reports project progress to clients daily or weekly.

What BitCot offers

• Pricing rules — role-based pricing, member-specific prices, and table or volume pricing.
• Checkout customisation — custom checkout fields and validation, skipping the cart page, and checkout layouts modelled on Amazon's.
• Integrations — connections to Chargify and Experian, tax handling through the Tax Jar API, and links to payment, logistics and invoicing tools.
• Product and cart options — extra product fields, gift notes or recipient names at the cart, and audio or video messages attached to an order.
• Customer accounts — customised registration with two-factor and email verification, plus a dashboard for orders, downloads and wishlists.
• Sales features — upsell and recommended-product blocks and a custom abandoned-cart plugin.
