Bigabox

Bigabox designs websites and develops web and mobile applications, then supports them with maintenance and online marketing. Its team mixes interaction designers, developers and social media strategists, and it describes working alongside a client's own staff rather than apart from them.

What Bigabox offers

• Website design — WordPress sites, e-commerce stores and custom CMS builds that let staff edit content without coding.
• Web application development — building web applications using agile project management.
• Mobile app development — software for Android and iOS phones and tablets.
• UI and UX design — interface design, including the wording that appears in an app or site.
• Application maintenance — technical support to keep existing applications running and available.
• Digital marketing — search engine optimisation, social media marketing and targeted mobile marketing campaigns.

Who it works with

Bigabox says it serves clients of all sizes and types, from firms needing a simple WordPress site to those commissioning custom web applications.

Its WordPress work puts weight on security, extensibility and page speed, while its SEO plans are tailored to each client's search goals. Social and mobile campaigns aim to raise awareness of a client's products and lift conversions, with the data behind each campaign used to target it.
