aimap

aimap is a software platform that gathers construction sector data into a searchable, AI-driven map and marketplace. It is aimed at sales and marketing teams that sell into construction and want qualified leads on active projects.

What aimap does

• Construction project search: find projects by address, region, developer, investor, keyword or unique identifier, filtered by its own object-type classifier.
• Project and contact details: information on each site, including who the developer, investor and materials supplier are.
• Daily data updates: algorithms watch data sources for changes and new projects, with custom data feeds.
• Team management: create teams, share tasks, set user rights and track activity so the same lead is not contacted twice.
• ERP and CRM integration: push structured, normalised data into existing business systems.
• Market analysis: market size and trends by region and construction segment.
