Semeato

Semeato is a Brazilian manufacturer of agricultural machinery based in Passo Fundo, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The company focuses on seeders and planters for no-till farming, known in Portuguese as plantio direto. The site says Semeato has been central to spreading no-till practice in Brazil and beyond, and that its equipment is present in 25 countries on every continent. Its machines are presented as durable tools for consistent seeding results on the farm. The site describes Semeato as a pioneer of no-till farming in Brazil.

Seeders and planters

• Multiple seeders: the SHM 1517 and PD 21 multiple seeders are the models the site features for no-till sowing.
• Seed distribution: an electric seed distribution motor, called V.S., is promoted as part of the range.
• Precision seeding: the company promotes precision sowing and has launched technology that it says raises the standard of that work.
• Original parts: the site offers original spare parts and after-sales support for owners.

Dealers and recent activity

The site includes a dealer finder so farmers can locate a nearby reseller. Its after-sales service sits in a separate section of the site, alongside the original spare parts it offers. Semeato marks 60 years of work with rural producers and presented its equipment at the Agrishow 2025 event. Its news pages also cover product launches and company milestones, and the company states a commitment to sustainable cultivation methods.
