Diamond AdvanEdge Reflects on 2020, Has Huge 2021 Vision

Houston TX, Jan 18, 2021 Diamond AdvanEdge, Inc reflects on a challenging, yet successful 2020 season, and sets big goals for 2021

Over the past year, through the ups and downs of the global health crisis, the team at Diamond AdvanEdge has managed to not only overcome challenges thrown their way, but also thrive under unique circumstances Since the start of the year, Diamond AdvanEdge has expanded to three new territories including Indianapolis IN, Omaha NE, and Providence RI

Three groups of trained, accomplished, and highly motivated individuals were promoted out of Houston to take on their own markets and build a branch from the ground up Being able to do such a thing successfully comes from a solid foundation of learning, developing, growing, and preparing Diamond AdvanEdge seems to have mastered that foundation as they continue to develop well-rounded business leaders

With expansion comes rebuild “I think for me our biggest accomplishment was being able to rehire, train and develop the right people throughout the pandemic after sending some of our most talented people to open up offices in those three cities,” says Diamante Williams, Sr Director of Operations “I’m so proud of every single team member, whether they were apart of one of our expansions or contributed to our ongoing success here in Houston ” – Williams

Expanding to new territories was not the only kind of growth Diamond AdvanEdge saw in 2020 Personal and professional development is at the forefront of DA’s values Laura Zapien, an assistant manager at DA, was an example of that Zapien was recognized and asked to speak on a National video conference with upwards of 1000 people “I really value my experience here and feel like I’ve grown tremendously in several different ways, so to be recognized and be able to share that with so many people was really special,” says Zapien The impact of surrounding yourself with great people, values, work ethic, and vision, is undeniable It is clear that the success of Diamond AdvanEdge over the past year is a result of that

Diamond AdvanEdge is not stopping anytime soon After numerous accomplishments in 2020, DA is headed for an even better 2021 The team is in 14 different territories across the U S currently, they are hoping to be in 5 more by June, and 10 more total by the end of the year With the momentum on their side, Diamond AdvanEdge is excited to move full speed ahead into a new year of opportunities
