IVEMSA

IVEMSA is a Mexico shelter company. It lets foreign manufacturers operate in Mexico without first creating their own legal entity, and it takes on many of the administrative tasks. Clients come to it to cut manufacturing expense, move production out of Asia, or build a plant close to customers.
