With over 20 years’ experience in the not for profit sector, I have been part of various senior management teams leading on strategic direction, organisational development and change management in multiple organisations having sat on various boards and committees most notably as a board director of one of the largest relief and development charities in the world working in over 40 countries

I currently sit on the CIPD board of Trustees as the Honorary Treasurer which includes responsibility for the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee I am also a member of the Regional Leadership Team of Mosaic, part of the Prince’s Trust where I am passionate about raising the aspirations and self esteem of young people in deprived communities
