SAMEENA KAPI UHLIANUK, CPA

Sameena has over a decade of experience in providing financial and tax guidance to local businesses, their owners and individuals Aside from everyday accounting and tax matters, Sameena has worked with clients through business sales, purchases and succession planning She works with companies with single and multi-state locations and US corporations with foreign ownership or subsidiaries Sameena has also aided clients to resolve IRS and state tax issues including representing them in audits situations
