MediaShout

MediaShout is software for showing lyrics, scripture, sermon points and video during church services. The vendor says it was among the first church-specific presentation tools, introduced in 1999 as an alternative to general office slide software.

What MediaShout offers

• Presentation control — build and run slides from one screen while the congregation sees only the output display.
• Multi-screen output — most editions add a third output for a stage monitor or live stream.
• Scripture — 70 built-in Bible translations, with dual Bible display in version 7.
• Templated designs — presentations can be built and passed to the tech team.
• Themes — version 7 adds light and dark control-screen themes.
• Custom computers — bundles of pre-configured hardware with the software installed.

Who it works with

Churches, schools, camps and ministries run largely by volunteers.
