AilaFlow is a self-hosted workspace for automating business workflows with AI, presented by its maker on Hacker News on 2 October 2026. Administrators build workflows with a visual builder or with AI help, decide who may run them and which steps need a human approval, and connect them to existing tools through JavaScript integrations and shared data tables; team members then run the workflows through a chat interface and forms rather than code. Each workflow runs isolated in a Docker sandbox. Examples on its site include purchase approvals, employee onboarding and incident response. It installs from npm and needs Docker; the code is on GitHub. The site names no operating company or location.
