Sify Technologies

Sify Technologies is an Indian information and communications technology company that also operates data centres. Its site states that it is listed on NASDAQ. Beyond data centres it sells networks, cloud, managed security and digital services, so colocation is one part of a wider business.

On its data centres page Sify says it offers colocation, build-to-suit and interconnect services from 16 facilities in India, with nine more hyperscale and edge sites upcoming. The cities named are Mumbai, Chennai, Noida, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata, and upcoming edge sites are listed in Nagpur and Kolkata. The page states 86 MW or more of available capacity.

Colocation is sold in flexible rack, cage and suite configurations in a carrier-neutral environment with access to several internet providers and cloud on-ramps, plus remote hands and a round-the-clock network operations centre. Customers place their own servers and network equipment in Sify facilities, while the company runs the buildings, power and cooling. Build-to-suit services provide custom-designed facilities for hyperscale, high-performance computing and AI workloads, with project management from design to commissioning. Sify also describes AI data centre campuses with direct-to-chip and rear-door liquid cooling, and a green energy supply for its sites.
