Meetingmax

Meetingmax makes software for event housing management, covering the hotel booking process for attendees and the control of contracted room blocks for organisers. Its website says room block management is the only thing it does.

What Meetingmax offers

• Room block management — tools to track contracted hotel rooms and meet attrition terms.
• Attendee booking — a consistent reservation experience for people attending an event.
• Payment collection — an integration with Stripe so revenue can be collected straight away instead of waiting for hotel rebates.
• Sabre GDS integration — a link for handling group reservations.
• Hyperbook — a newer room block product announced by the company.

Who it works with

Event organisers, convention and visitor bureaus, event planning firms and sports events. The business is rooted in the hospitality industry.
