03 Hub of Innovation Houston needed a co-working space to support entrepreneurs on the West Side of Houston with convenient access from some of the fastest areas of city growth This is why all Work America Capital companies can be found in a 20,300 sq ft office building while the beginning of construction of a 120,000 sq ft building is underway This new phase will have office space for firms interested in co-locating with the startups and having access to the Work America Capital portfolio companies
