Elad’s 20 years in the cyber security industry spans experience as an executive, several time successful entrepreneur, consultant, investor and investment banker

Elad has been recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young His entrepreneurial experience includes: Vaultive, a pioneering cloud encryption company; Sentrigo, a provider of database security (acquired by McAfee); MediaSentry, a provider of anti-piracy technology solutions to the motion picture, music and software industries (acquired by SafeNet); and Riptech, a provider of managed security services (acquired by Symantec)

Elad has also served as vice president, Global Business Development at Symantec and as vice president at Broadview (acquired by Jeffries), a technology focused mergers and acquisitions investment bank, where he led the firm’s information security practice

Elad serves on several technology, security and community Boards, including the Army Cyber Institute (ACI), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) New York Metro Chapter; and Trustee of the Jewish Chapel Fund, US Military Academy at West Point

Elad authored the Internet Security Threat Report, which was cited in briefings to the U S Congress He served as an officer in the U S Army and is a veteran of Operation Restore Hope in Somalia Elad holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B S degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point
