Our investment criteria are consistent with our mission and include the following:

• The solution must add to the harmonic value of community, going beyond simple convenience; improving the end-user’s daily life;
• Management team that possesses necessary expertise with leadership and/or startup experience;
• Novel idea targeting a high-growth market of at least $1 billion;
• Achievable plan to reach annual revenue of $30M - $50M within 3-5 years after investment;
• Technology that has passed the proof of concept and proof of relevance stage of development;
• An enabling or disruptive solution that crosses industry sectors;
• Definable path to exit and/or self-sustainability
