Next Play Ventures coaches and invests in entrepreneurial leaders building purpose-driven organisations. Jeff Weiner started it after eleven years as chief executive of LinkedIn, to focus on investing, coaching and philanthropy. Brian Rumao, his former chief of staff, works with him.

The name comes from a phrase used by the coach Mike Krzyzewski, telling players to move on to the next play.
