Ron was a Director at McKinsey & Company before joining Mosaic Capital Partners At McKinsey, he worked with leading CEOs on strategy and organizational challenges in North America, Asia, and Europe in a range of industries including banking, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology In his 25 year career with the firm, he held a number of leadership positions including sitting on McKinsey’s Board of Directors, co-leading the global E-Business practice and serving as Managing Partner for the Canadian practice Ron has been a director for the Bank of Montreal since 2003 He holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Western Ontairo

Vernon was founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund Through 26 years in the investment industry, Vernon helped build several companies from startup to acquisition or public listing, eight of which achieved valuations in excess of $100 million Earlier in his career, Vernon was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and software engineer at Nortel Networks Vernon sits on the boards of several public and private companies He holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Harvard where he was a Baker Scholar
