Hanover Technology Investment Management is a private technology investment fund in Menlo Park, California. We work on conceiving and building new technology companies. We focus, in part, on software, developer tooling, energy, and security.

We identify companies early, or play a role in their creation. We work on developing products, making durable technology innovations, identifying markets, forming teams, and exploring first vectors for selling. We typically invest before a company has raised any significant investment capital. We primarily invest through our personal network.

We invest for a diverse investor base that is broadly composed of the family offices of men and women who have built very large businesses. Globally recognized leaders from finance, media, real estate, and semiconductors, among others, are investors in our fund. We are committed to our investors, with whom we have longstanding and meaningful relationships.
