About Green Circle Foodtech Ventures

• Our team has decades of collective experience as investment professionals at major Wall St
• firms in principal investing, investment banking, research analysis, portfolio management and investment sales
• Operational experience as Founders, CEOs, CFOs and consultants to natural products companies and tech-enabled businesses
• Outstanding network within the ecosystem of natural food, bev, VMS and robust network in the evolving landscape of Foodtech (to source dealflow and also to operationally support portfolio companies)
• The investment banking division of the firm (Green Circle Capital Advisors) focuses on natural product CPG companies and provides us with constant access to investment opportunities in the Foodtech (tech-enabled) adjacencies, as well as the ability to support portfolio companies

• Stage:  Seed and Series A rounds We view our sweet spot as “past proof of concept” but before “scale ” Some of these businesses may be pre-revenue and as such, when revenues are not the metric, proof of concept or value may be measured in the form of patents or other IP, beta products, initial blue chip customers, etc

• Geography:  Primarily N America and Israel, with flexibility to consider special situations in other countries
