Grand Central Tech

Grand Central Tech is a residency for early-stage companies in the New York area, run by the Company Ventures group. It gathers about thirty pre-Series A companies and gives them space to work without taking equity.

Products and services

• Office space: twelve months of access at a building in a large city-centre building.
• Programming: four months of committed sessions, including roundtables, workshops and introductions.
• Founder one-to-ones: coffee chats on pressing concerns.
• Community: membership of a cohort alongside more than 250 founders in the Company Ventures network.

Customers and markets

Pre-seed and seed teams building venture-scale companies, remote, hybrid or in-person, who want a base in New York. Selection looks at domain expertise and entrepreneurial experience.
