With over 20 years of experience, Alex supports our portfolio companies in all technical areas Together with our founders, he works on product- and technology roadmaps, builds tech teams and implements modern and agile workflows

Frank is one of the most well-known tech investors in Europe and we have built a strong media network on this foundation We utilize our experience in PR and Communications to create attention for our portfolio companies Lena will not only support you in telling your story but also make sure that the world hears it

When we partner with a team, we usually kick-off with a series of strategy workshops involving all partners to make sure that we’re heading in the same direction As soon as we’re aligned on strategy we help you set up marketing and sales processes and even jump on sales calls with potential key clients or visit them in person Marc, Marcel and Niklas are also deeply involved in the operational processes of the startups from structuring internal processes between the different departments to introducing KPI dashboards and templates

One thing we’ve learned is that having the right people on board early on is crucial for a company’s success Niklas and Marcel, as well as the other partners in their respective fields, will support you in recruiting as well as in building up an “HR muscle” to make sure you get the right talent on board

We support our portfolio startups 360° We help with product, business development, sales, operations, finance, HR – and everything else that is necessary to help the startups grow After our investment, we work with the founders on the roadmap for the next 12-24 months in order to achieve specific milestones and secure the required funding with reliable and well-known partner investors Based on this approach, we only make 1-3 investments per year in order to offer full hands-on support
