Data Processor Agreement (DPA)
In performing the main agreement between Flowmailer and 'customer', Flowmailer processes data for which the customer ('controller') is, and remains, responsible
These data include personal data within the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), in the document referred to as ‘GDPR’
Considering the provisions in Article 28 paragraph 3 of GDPR, both parties wish to lay down in this Agreement the conditions on which these personal data will be processed
One of the founders and currently Managing Director of Flowmailer, Richard is a tech geek by heart and loves to spread his ideas and views on how email works and should work
