Lean Tech

Lean Tech connects companies with software developers based in Latin America. Under its nearshore model it recruits and manages engineers who act as an extension of the client's own engineering office, working on custom software, AI and other technology projects.

What Lean Tech offers

• Dedicated teams — engineers who join the client's engineering effort.
• Managed teams — help with recruitment, using ready-made team structures so the client avoids building a group alone.
• Project delivery — a fully managed option in which Lean Tech handles project management, design, engineering and maintenance.
• Specialist expertise — access to skills across software areas without hiring full-time staff.
