LaunchPad Lab

LaunchPad Lab is a digital product consultancy that designs and builds custom software, with AI now placed at the centre of its work. It helps organisations replace or extend the systems they already run, from customer portals to internal tools.

What LaunchPad Lab offers

• AI automation and agents — software agents that take over manual workflow steps and add capability to existing systems.
• Web applications and platforms — custom web apps, portals and internal tools that tie a company's tech stack together.
• Mobile applications — native and cross-platform apps connected to back-end systems and data.
• Salesforce development — extending and customising Salesforce, Experience Cloud and Agentforce.
• UX and UI design — product design work alongside the engineering.

Who it works with

Published case studies include a self-service support hub for Bullhorn, a sales discovery portal for automotive companies and workflow work for Kawasaki. Earlier projects covered Apex Leaders, Empower Illinois, Prosci and Isaksen Solar.
