Global App Testing

Global App Testing runs crowdsourced software testing, sending real people in many countries through a client's app or website to find bugs, usability problems and local blockers. Tests cover different devices, environments and payment methods, and the firm now also offers services for evaluating AI products.

What Global App Testing offers

• Functional QA testing — exploratory testing, test case execution, and web and mobile app testing on demand.
• In-market and localisation testing — checks on how a product performs, feels and converts across languages, devices and cultures.
• Usability and accessibility testing — sessions with real users to uncover local UX issues.
• AI evaluation — local human review and fine-tuning support for AI outputs.
• Research tasks — surveys of target user cohorts, design tests in local context and pulse checks against competitors.
• Workflow integrations — tests launched and results returned through Jira, GitHub, TestRail, Zephyr and Slack.
