FiveTeams

FiveTeams runs an online marketplace for tech talent. Instead of applying for roles, candidates set up a profile and receive offers from companies. The site is written in German.

What FiveTeams offers

• Anonymous profiles — candidates stay anonymous until they request an interview.
• Matched offers — people set their preferred cities, industries and company types, and only fitting offers reach them.
• Chat applications — companies can approach candidates directly by chat.
• Quick set-up — a profile can be created from a LinkedIn or Xing profile or a CV.

Who it works with

The platform is for people open to a new job and for hiring companies. Only in-house recruiters are admitted, and intermediaries such as headhunters and recruitment consultants are not allowed. Current employers cannot see a candidate's profile.
