Elsewhen

Elsewhen is a consultancy that helps organisations put applied AI to work, from automated operations to custom software. Its work grew out of design and technology projects, and its site now presents it as an AI consultancy. Earlier material describes strategy, customer experience and engineering streams working together.

What Elsewhen offers

• Automation with agents — turns manual operational tasks into autonomous workflows, using ready-made orchestration and governance.
• Custom agentic systems — rebuilds a client's existing software as bespoke agent-based tools that the client owns outright, with no recurring licence.
• Embedded teams — product managers, designers and developers who join a client's in-house team.
• Workshop-led delivery — starts with a session with the client's team and aims at working software within four weeks.
• Strategy and design — help with digital strategy, customer experience and build-versus-buy decisions.
