ScatterSpoke

ScatterSpoke is an online tool for running agile retrospectives and gathering team feedback. It turns what teams say into themes and priorities, so leaders can act on it instead of letting retro notes pile up.

What ScatterSpoke does

• Retrospectives: customisable formats, real-time cards, voting, grouping and action items with owners and due dates.
• Anonymous feedback: lets people raise issues without exposing who said what.
• AI summaries: extract themes, estimate impact and cost, and roll findings up for executives.
• Stand-ups and surveys: asynchronous stand-ups, post-mortems and developer experience surveys.
• Goals and reports: track improvement goals across teams, with reports on engagement and sentiment.
