Untap Compete

Untap Compete is a submission management system for organisations that run prize-based competitions and calls for applications. It is one of three products from Untap, alongside Untap Talent for hiring and Untap Innovate for innovation programmes.

What Untap Compete offers

• Programme setup: organisers choose from more than twenty field types, write their own questions and set the opening date and deadline.
• Screening and rounds: submissions can be filtered, and later rounds collect further information.
• Judging: organisers build scoring rubrics, invite judges, form panels and gather scores, with blind review across several rounds.
• AI screening: the platform offers automated first-pass screening of entries.
• Branded communication: automated notifications and bulk emails go out under the organiser's branding.
• Audit trail: an exportable record sits behind each decision.
