Planet Talent

Planet Talent is a Belgian IT consultancy that brings young digital talent together with companies. It calls its recent-graduate recruits Topstarters and gives them coaching and an online learning environment. Its site says it has done this for more than 25 years.

What Planet Talent offers

• Graduate placement — consultants start their careers on client projects.
• Personal coaching — a career consultant guides each person.
• Training — a wide range of courses and a development programme.
• Software integration and customisation — one of three expertise areas.
• Technology consultancy and integration — a second area.
• Project and service management — the third area.

Who it works with

Start-ups and established technology companies that want to hire early-career staff, and graduates seeking a role where they keep learning. Applicants go through an online interview and a Talent Detection Day at the office before receiving a contract proposal.
