Jollas Instituutti

Jollas Instituutti is the in-house skills development organisation of the S-ryhmä, the retail and services cooperative in the Nordic country. Its stated mission is to build strong skills so the group can carry out its strategies. Training is designed to prompt fresh thinking and to bring about change, large or small.

What Jollas Instituutti does

• Leadership qualifications: a specialist vocational qualification in management and business leadership.
• Management courses: programmes such as situational leadership and a certified business coaching course.
• Line manager training: a programme for supervisors in expert organisations.
• Retail training: courses such as online grocery sales.
• Learning design: concepts, teaching methods and practical experience from many sectors.

Clients

All staff groups in the S-ryhmä, from sales staff to experts, supervisors and senior management. Staff enrol through the group's HR system.
