ITExpert

ITExpert is a recruitment agency based in Kyiv that has operated for more than ten years, sourcing IT specialists for companies in Ukraine, the United States, Poland, Romania and elsewhere. It works with both product and outsourcing companies, forming teams for startups and staffing research and development centres. The agency recruits developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists and CTOs for sectors including fintech, e-commerce, Web3, SaaS, PaaS, machine learning and AI, across a range of programming languages. It says a chief technology officer on its team helps define role requirements, advise on technology choices and market pay levels, and run technical interviews. The agency states it has worked with clients in seventeen countries and has also recruited for military-technology roles, where it accounts for communication restrictions, security checks and a shortage of engineers.
