Horizon Recruitment

Horizon Recruitment is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and describes itself as Western Canada's largest specialised recruitment and search firm for accounting, finance and supply chain roles. It connects accounting and finance professionals with employers nationally, and separately places supply chain talent to support capital projects and supply chain operations. The firm uses a structured hiring framework it calls S.O.L.V.E., intended to help hiring managers make decisions based on more than a resume and job description. It positions itself between a boutique firm's personal approach and the reach of a national search and consulting practice, and says its team focuses on long-term careers rather than single job placements. It also operates a partner site, just-hr.ca.
