Hireground Personnel Services

Hireground Personnel Services is a staffing agency that has matched job seekers and employers since 2002. Its knowledge of the San Diego labour market shapes how it screens and places people. Most positions are filled on a temp-to-hire basis, so both sides can judge the fit before committing.

What Hireground Personnel Services offers

• Clerical staffing — office and administrative workers placed with local employers.
• Light industrial staffing — workers for industrial roles that need dependable, screened people.
• Temp-to-hire placement — employer and worker try the arrangement first, then decide together.
• Screening — candidates are checked against the shift, skills and culture an employer describes.
