FYI Dental Staffing

FYI Dental Staffing matches dental practices with clinical and administrative staff. The agency keeps a network of trained, licensed dental professionals and fills both temporary and permanent vacancies, aiming for lower turnover and smoother-running surgeries.

Services

• Temporary staffing: cover for practices that need a dental professional for a short period.
• Permanent placement: recruitment of long-term team members for a practice.
• Candidate matching: an in-depth interview with the practice about its needs and preferences, followed by an introduction to the closest match from the network; if the fit is wrong, another candidate is sent.
