FaithSearch Partners

FaithSearch Partners is an executive search firm that recruits senior leaders for Christian organisations. It handles the whole search on the client's behalf, from defining the role to presenting candidates, and says it is not a conventional recruiter or headhunter.

Services

• Executive search management: a three-step process that starts with understanding the organisation's purpose and the traits a leader needs, then builds an assessment and candidate profile to guide the search.
• Research-led candidate identification: proprietary research methods used to find leaders who fit the mission.
• Sector search teams: separate practices for higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, K-12 schools and Christian media.
• FaithSearch Corporate: searches for businesses that want leaders of faith.
• FaithSearch Advisors: guidance for faith-driven leaders across education, business, law and ministry.
