Cube HR Consulting

Cube HR Consulting, which trades online as Cube Consulting, works on the people side of organisations: how teams communicate, handle disagreement and perform together. It supports whole organisations, individual teams and single leaders, and its stated view is that modern leadership means bringing staff along rather than issuing orders.

What Cube HR Consulting offers

• HR and people partnering — flexible HR structures and a set of people practices for leaders scaling a company, or for in-house HR staff who need outside help now and then.
• Group and team development — a programme built on Relationship Intelligence from Personal Strengths, aimed at open discussion and healthy levels of conflict inside teams.
• Mediation and informal conflict resolution — mediating disputes between colleagues, then coaching the people involved to repair the working relationship.
• Leadership coaching — ongoing coaching for leaders at every level, focused on their working relationships and the effect these have on results.
• Engagement advice — guidance on keeping key staff involved so they neither burn out nor drift away.

Who it works with

The firm says it has worked with organisations ranging from start-ups to multinationals, and with both chief executives and HR professionals.
