Createch

Createch is a staffing agency that matches creative and technology talent with companies across the United States. It runs both sides of the process, helping employers find experienced people and helping job seekers find roles, and it aims to keep hiring simple and even enjoyable for each party.

What Createch offers

• Creative staffing — sources designers and other creative professionals from a national network.
• Technology staffing — finds experienced tech candidates for client openings.
• Hand-picked shortlists — selects candidates for each individual requirement rather than sending bulk applications.
• Job search support — gives job seekers access to openings it sources exclusively, coast to coast.

Who it works with

Createch serves employers and professionals in all the major metropolitan areas of the United States, working both with companies that are hiring and with candidates looking for their next role. It says it set out to change the poor reputation staffing firms often have.
