Gate

GATE is an open source software toolkit for text processing and language analysis. It is developed at the University of Sheffield and has a community of developers, educators, students and scientists. Companies, small firms, research labs and universities use it.

What GATE offers

Who it works with

The team takes part in European research projects on social media mining, innovation policy studies and verification of online content. It has also worked on medical information processing and on disinformation around elections.
